BikeRight are coming to Banks’s Stadium for the Saddlers' next home game, which is against Leyton Orient on Saturday, 22nd March.
They will be delivering a Roadshow in which supporters will be able to find out more about their FREE cycle activities and also meet their experienced mechanic, Dr. Bike, who will provide free bike safety checks, fix minor problems and also advise on how to get major problems fixed.
As part of the roadshow, Walsall Football Club are encouraging supporters to travel to the next game by bike, and don’t forget that there is a cycle parking area at the stadium!
BikeRight’s activities are funded by the Smart Network Smarter Choices Project, which is aimed at helping people travel in a more sustainable way across the West Midlands.
There will be free cycle training available to adults aged 16+ in Palfrey Park this Saturday and alternate Saturdays throughout the year. A bike can be provided and all levels are covered from learning to ride as a beginner to intermediate training and advanced road riding.
BikeRight are also holding free maintenance sessions, where you can learn how to fix punctures, gears and breaks.
