Walsall manager Dean Smith has been nominated for the Sky Bet League One Manager of the Month for January.Smith's Saddlers side were undefeated in the month of January with three wins and three draws, including the 5-1 thrashing of Notts County.
Also nominated are, Colchester United's Joe Dunne, Leyton Orient’s Russell Slade and Brentford’s Mark Warburton.
Colchester were undefeated in January, but only played three games due to weather cancellations, they won two and drew one. Leyton Orient were also undefeated in January, the O's won all four of their League games, scoring ten goals. Top-of-the-table Brentford won four of their five League games making Mark Warburton the favourite to take the award.
