Walsall Football Club are urging supporters to report any foul language they hear during Saddlers games.
The club issued a brief online statement, calling for supporters to act, "Walsall FC is a family club. Foul and abusive language will not be tolerated here at Banks's Stadium. Together we can stamp out unsociable behaviour and create a winning environment. If you hear any foul and abusive language, please report it, in confidence, to [email protected]."
As part of the drive to promote a 'Family Friendly Atmosphere' the club have released a video through media man Jon Sidaway's You Tube channel.
Is the club right to try and create a better atmosphere? Or are the club infringing freedom of speech?
