Despite a day of silence it seems a deal for Walsall striker Will Grigg to join the Saddlers' League One rivals Brentford is almost complete.
The 21-year-old Northern Ireland striker had been ever-present for The Saddlers this past season, scoring 20 goals and was seen as a major part of the clubs recent return to form.
Reports suggest Will's representatives have met with Bees manager Uwe Rosler over the past few weeks and it is believed terms have now been agreed on a three-year deal, however both clubs are yet to agree compensation.
