Walsall defender James Chambers has today spoken of his desire to pen a new contract with the club.
Speaking to the Express & Star, James said, "I would like to stay, I know it’s easy to say now. The management and the coaching staff are really good and the players we have are good in terms of what Walsall need for next season."
He continued, "It’s local and I enjoy it here, so all being well, things will progress and it will all be sorted out soon. But in football you never know what is going to happen until you sign on that dotted line"
