Thirty-one Walsall supporters were given parking tickets, formerly known as a Penalty Charge Notice, after parking illegally during The Saddlers' Easter Monday clash with Coventry City.
The drivers returned to their cars on Broadway West to find they had been given tickets, charging them £50.
Some drivers claimed they were not aware the parking restrictions applied on bank holidays, however Walsall Council insist workers had been correct to fine fans on Monday as there is no set regulation regarding applying fines on said bank holidays.
The fines which will be cut by 50% if paid within 14 days.
