Coventry City Football Club are believed to have narrowed their stadium host options down to three.
It is now said the Sky Blues are now negotiating with Birmingham City, Walsall Football Club and Ricoh Arena owners Arena Coventry Limited (ACL) and hope to announce their decision after tomorrow's scheduled High Court appearance.
ACL are insisting City can play their three remaining home fixtures at the stadium despite the club recently removing all staff and stripping the offices and club shop of their contents, although the club have said they are unable to do so after the part of the club that held the stadium lease was put into voluntary administration.
Walsall supporters will be hopeful a deal can be done between Coventry and ACL as the pitch at the Banks's Stadium has begun to cut up and any extra usage may affect the Saddlers as they continue their push towards the play-offs.
It is also being reported an american investor, Preston Haskell IV, is seeking to buy into the troubled club, having told The Sunday Times "I have an agreement in principle to purchase the Higgs Trust's 50% share of the Ricoh and take over its management."
