Following Walsall's 1-0 victory over Leyton Orient, Saddlers supporter Mark Robinson shares his views:
"On the whole fairly steady performance Taundry & Chambers look a solid pairing, Taundry could have his best season.
On the new faces - Gnakpa is rough around the edges and his touch needs a bit of work but showed some glimpes and could be exciting to watch once he has settled.
Hurst did well and I think we missed him when he went off he worked well with Sadler who played well down the wing first half.
Chambers, we've missed a player like him for years - just need a player in there to compliment him & Taundry and who can steady things and pick a pass.
I think Dean Smith realises this and will look to utilise the loans to find the player he wants.
The only gripe I have for today's match is that some of the crosses were woeful & times and we need to start working on corners & set pieces.
And finally, Super Jimmy Walker; how did he pull off those two saves? Well were used to it and have been spoilt by him over the years, the Football League may as well give us the 15+ points he is going to save us now, overall it was a much improved performance and the signs look good after the first game.
Orient did put us under pressure in the second half and those two saves gave us the three points."
